*Start shooting early when everyone arrives. Typically, everyone looks their best at the beginning of an event.

*Use available lighting and adjust camera settings accordingly.

*Capture candid moments, not just the dinner.

*Shoot the entire group. Take wide-angle shots by adjusting camera setting.

*And, don’t forget to use the camera timer to get yourself in some photos!
